We give all our customers the opportunity to comfortably receive a sample of one of our products at home. The samples are always free, but the shipping costs are borne by the customer. In case of a subsequent order, the customer can avail a refund of the shipping cost on their order.
The samples on which we apply Cash-Back are all samples with dimensions of 9 x 19 cm.
We also offer the possibility to receive larger or 'real' size samples at home, in which case only the shipping cost is borne by the customer, but Cash-Back is not applicable for this type of samples.
The availability of samples is subject to their availability at the manufacturing companies.
