Sehr netter Service durch Matteo. Die Kommunikation per mail oder mobil lief reibungslos und umgehend (Englisch). Die Anlieferung war wie angekündigt und unkompliziert per Spedition. (Zumindest unsere) Fliesen hatten ein gutes Preisniveau. Wir können Matteo nur empfehlen.

While tile shopping we were drawn to oversized tiles, which were very expensive in Ireland, while browsing for options online I came across onetile.it & Matteo and we got the tiles we wanted shipped directly to us much cheaper than buying locally.

Online shopping is always a risk but I read all the glowing reviews & took a chance it was all legitimate and it was. It was best decision we made. We love the tiles & Matteo made the whole process very easy, he was very helpful.

I would defiantly recommend onetile.it to anyone. I would also use this service again.

Our house is still a work in progress but some photos of the experience so far!

Valgte dette italienske firma på nettet. Bestillingen via hjemmesiden var utrolig enkel og overskuelig. Hele tiden tæt dialog med Matteo Durante på engelsk som hurtigt gav svar på mine spørgsmål. Fik leveret 73m2 fliser til kælderen til under halv pris af DK butikker fratrukket omkostninger til transport. 2 pakker var beskadiget - pengene for disse pakker blev refunderet efter fotodokumentation.

Great Price, service and functional webpage! I received my 73sqm in Denmark on time. A few broken tiles, but with a few photos i received a refund for the tiles without problems.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann Onetile wärmstens empfehlen! Ich bin Privatperson und habe Fliesen für ein kleines Bad bestellt, habe mich aber wie ein großer Stammkunde fühlen dürfen.

Ich habe fast 1/3 weniger gezahlt als beim örtlichen Anbieter, wurde erstklassig Beraten, Matteo war quasi rund um die Uhr erreichbar, die Bezahlung lief einwandfrei (absolut vertrauenswürdig).

Die Fliesen sind traumhaft schön und waren super gut verpackt. Die Lieferung nach Hamburg ging schnell, der Fahrer kam im vereinbarten Zeitraum.

Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden und bestelle ganz sicher wieder. Keins dieser Worte ist übertrieben. Der Service ist sagenhaft, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Danke Matteo!

We live in the Netherlands and have ordered tiles from Italy via the website of One-Tile for our bathroom and laundry room.

The tiles are very beautiful, of high quality and are offered at a fair price. The website has a very wide choice of various tiles for indoor and outdoor use.

The service of Matteo, the contactperson / manager of One-Tile, is very good. He is very easily accessible via what's app and mail. Mateo responds 24x7 within an hour, even on weekends.

Payment is only possible by transferring the money directly to the bank account, no payment options via credit card. The tiles were delivered to our home 2 to 3 weeks after the order. The nice thing is that the tiles are insured.

In summary, we recommend One-tile to everyone because of the high-quality tiles, good service from Matteo and fair price.

Nach monatelanger Suche haben wir im Netz eine tolle Fliese vom Hersteller Mutina entdeckt. In einem Hamburger Showroom konnten wir uns diese ansehen, sind aber beim Preis nach hinten übergefallen. Über einen Bekannten erhielt ich die Info, dass es Online-Anbieter gibt, die günstiger sein könnten. Bei Onetile haben wir relativ zügig ein Angebot über die Ware erhalten, welches 50% unter dem regionalen Preis lag. Daraufhin habe ich das Angebot mit dem Anbieter auf Englisch durchgesprochen (perfektes Englisch seinerseits) und beauftragt. Wir haben uns auf 50% Vorkasse geeinigt. Es war schon komisch, 2.500 EUR an ein fremdes Konto zu überweisen, aber wir befinden uns ja in Europa und den Shop gibt es schon relativ lange bei guten Bewertungen. Wir wurden eigenständig informiert, dass die Ware im Zulauf ist. Spontan haben wir noch einige m² nachbestellt, was kein Problem darstellte. Anschließend wurden wir informiert, dass die Ware auf dem Weg ist und wie die Abnahme zu gestalten ist (es gab ein gutes Informationsblatt). Daraufhin erfolgte ein Kontakt einer Hamburger Spedition und die Ware ist am verabredeten Tag angeliefert worden. Es war die gewünschte Qualität, die Verpackung war sehr gut, daher kein Bruch. Für diejenigen, die auf italienische Design-Fliesen aller großen Hersteller stehen, kann ich den Shop von Mateo Durante nur empfehlen. Bleibt gesund!
